Our approach

OxonNode takes the protection of customer information seriously. We process personal information in accordance with applicable UK data-protection legislation and our Privacy Notice.

Data minimisation

We aim to collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide our services. In particular, we do not require customers to provide their passwords.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls, authentication, secure cloud services, endpoint protection, security monitoring and data minimisation where appropriate.

Third-party providers

Some OxonNode services rely on specialist third-party providers. Where those providers process personal information on our behalf, we consider appropriate contractual and security requirements.
